Correction to Previously Issued Press Release dated September 23, 2009

| | Calgary, AB - October 5, 2009 - With reference to a press release dated September 23, 2009, Radar Acquisitions Corp. (TSXV: RAC) ("Radar") would like to make a correction to the permit numbers previously included in such press release. Upon the closing of the transaction, the new company, RAC Mining, will hold the following permits: 1) active mining permit #3868; 2) pending permit # 3933 (and not #3928 as previously communicated) and 3) pending extension to permit #3868 (and not #3889 as previously communicated). This update does not change any other terms to the underlying transaction and all other information reported with respect to the permits is correct.
